Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate daily activities of Testing Operators to ensure timely and accurate completion of test procedures
Monitor team performance and provide guidance, training, and support as needed
Serve as the primary liaison between testing, production, and engineering teams to resolve technical issues efficiently
Review and validate test results, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards
Maintain and enforce adherence to company policies, procedures, and safety protocols
Assist in troubleshooting complex electrical and wiring issues, providing technical expertise when required
Track progress against project timelines and report status updates to management
Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and quality
Ensure proper use and maintenance of testing tools and equipment
Foster a collaborative and positive work environment focused on continuous improvement

Required

High school diploma or equivalent
3+ years of experience in electrical testing, troubleshooting, or related technical field
Ability to read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings
Familiarity with multimeters and high-voltage systems
Strong attention to detail and communication skills (written and verbal)
Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without needing current or future employer-sponsored work authorization
Candidates should be willing to work in non-climate-controlled environments and inclement weather if required or if applicable

Preferred

A technical degree in an electrical or engineering field is a plus
Experience with automated test systems and data logging is a plus
Experience documenting and describing technical issues in a way that management can digest
