Responsibilities

Partner closely with Financial Advisors to learn and support team operations and assist in process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, consistency and scalability
Keep current on market conditions, firm research and available investment products and strategy
Assist team in executing on their asset allocation and investment strategy
Prepare and update comprehensive financial plans, analysis and recommendations
Participate in client meetings and deliver advice to clients
Proactively follow up on client action items, planning update and service requests
Coordinate with other members of the team to make sure planning information is gathered, filed, and uploaded into MoneyGuide effectively

Qualification

Financial Planning ExpertiseInvestment ManagementCFP CertificationFinancial Planning SoftwareExcel ProficiencyCommunication SkillsProblem SolvingTeam CollaborationOrganization SkillsTime Management

Required

5+ years of experience in financial planning/investment management
CFP designation or in the process of obtaining
Advanced knowledge in financial planning topics, concepts, and strategies
Strong oral and written communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment
Tremendous organization and time management skills
Advanced knowledge and hands on experience using financial planning software (Ideally MoneyGuide) and savvy in Excel
Series 7, 63 and 65 (or 66) required
