Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain mobile automation frameworks using Appium
Write robust automated test scripts for iOS and Android platforms
Integrate automation suites with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, etc.)
Execute functional, regression, smoke, and end-to-end tests
Perform API testing to support mobile workflows
Analyze test results, log defects, and collaborate with dev teams for resolution
Ensure test coverage across devices, OS versions, and form factors
Qualification
Required
Strong experience in QA Automation with mobile-first testing
Hands-on expertise with Appium (preferred)
Proficiency in Java / Python / JavaScript for automation scripting
Experience with TestNG, JUnit, or Cucumber
Familiarity with Android Studio, Xcode, emulators & real devices
Experience with Git, Maven/Gradle, and build tools
Knowledge of REST API testing (Postman/RestAssured)
Exposure to cloud device platforms (BrowserStack, Sauce Labs, AWS Device Farm)
Preferred
BDD experience (Cucumber/Gherkin)
Performance or security testing exposure
Experience in Agile/Scrum environments
