Office Coordinator
Carinity is a progressive and supportive Not-for-Profit organisation seeking an enthusiastic Office Coordinator to join their team at Carinity Education – Gladstone. The Office Coordinator will support the school community by managing administrative functions and ensuring accurate data recording to provide a quality education experience for marginalized young people.

Responsibilities
Support a thriving school community through seamless coordination of administrative needs, data, and daily operations
Respond to needs/requests from staff, management, students, parents and the community in support of the provision of a quality and rich Christian education experience for marginalised young people
Ensure recording of all necessary data (student attendance, staff records) are entered into the appropriate systems
Qualification
Required
Demonstrated experience in administrative office procedures and information systems, including financial systems
Minimum Diploma level qualification in Business Administration or another relevant field
Demonstrated knowledge and skills in the use of the Microsoft Office suite
Hold a current Suitability for Working with Children card (Blue Card)
Preferred
Demonstrated experience in leading a small team is highly desirable
