Responsibilities
Lead all on-site construction activities ensuring safety, quality & schedule adherence across multi-phase commercial projects
Develop & maintain site logistics plans, CPM schedules & two-week lookaheads to drive field execution
Coordinate daily w/ subcontractors, vendors & project managers to resolve issues
Monitor labor, cost & progress reports to proactively manage budget alignment & mitigate risk
Foster a high-performance team culture through onboarding, mentorship & performance coaching
Qualification
Required
6+ years as a Superintendent managing ground-up commercial projects valued $25M+ (ideally multi-year builds)
5+ years in the commercial construction industry w/ proven success in vertical construction
Experience working for a commercial general contractor overseeing multiple trades & complex site logistics
Strong command of CPM scheduling, safety compliance & subcontractor coordination
Ability to lead teams w/ clarity, urgency & accountability while upholding company values
