Warehouse Operations Superintendent

Responsibilities

Managing and supervising warehouse staff
Coordinating receipt, storage, and shipment of replenishment goods
Maintaining inventory accuracy and control
Ensuring safety and security protocols are followed
Conducting audits and inspections to maintain quality standards
Managing and maintaining equipment and facilities
Analyzing and reporting on operational performance metrics
Implementing process improvements to increase efficiency
Communicating with other departments, such as logistics and sales
Handling customer service and issue resolution
Managing and tracking inventory levels and locations
Coordinating with transportation and logistics providers
Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
Conducting performance evaluations and training for warehouse staff
Maintaining accurate records and reports
Manage and coordinate the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods
Supervise and train warehouse staff to ensure productivity and efficiency
Implement and enforce safety procedures and standards
Conduct regular inventory management and maintain accurate records
Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations
Manage and maintain warehouse equipment and facilities
Analyze and optimize warehouse operations to improve efficiency and reduce costs
Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements

Required

3+ years of experience in warehouse management

High school diploma or equivalent required

Preferred

Bilingual (preferred, not required)
Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field preferred
