New GradHikaflow is building an AI-powered developer productivity platform focused on automated code review, security analysis, regression detection, contributor insights, and intelligent documentation. They are looking for a motivated Machine Learning Engineer intern who wants hands-on experience working on real production AI systems used by engineering teams.

Responsibilities
Designing and improving ML-powered systems for code analysis, pattern detection, and developer insights
Working with LLMs for tasks such as code understanding, summarization, and automated review workflows
Building and evaluating data pipelines for model inputs and outputs
Improving signal quality, reducing false positives, and designing trustable AI outputs for engineers
Collaborating on system design decisions across ML, backend, and product
Qualification
Required
Background or strong interest in machine learning, AI, or data-driven systems
Familiarity with Python and common ML or AI tooling
Comfort working with APIs, structured data, and experimentation
Strong curiosity and willingness to learn quickly in an unstructured environment
Ability to work independently and take ownership of meaningful tasks
Preferred
Experience with LLMs, embeddings, or prompt engineering
Experience analyzing or working with source code programmatically
Exposure to backend systems, developer tools, or SaaS products
Prior internships, research, or strong personal projects
