Facilities and Logistics Manager
Port Town Collective (PTC) is a full-scale event production firm specializing in the seamless execution of various events throughout Savannah and the Lowcountry. They are seeking a Facilities and Logistics Manager to support the physical execution of events and manage behind-the-scenes operations to ensure productions run smoothly.
Events Services
Responsibilities
Load, transport, and unload equipment, décor, and production materials
Assist with event setup and breakdown at venues and private properties
Support vendor load-ins and on-site logistics
Operate company vehicles as needed to move materials between sites
Assist with warehouse organization, inventory tracking, and equipment preparation
Maintain professionalism and efficiency on client sites
Support leadership and crew leads in executing events on tight timelines
Qualification
Required
Strong logistical, operational, or facilities experience
Ability to safely lift, move, and carry equipment and materials
Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
Strong organizational skills, particularly related to inventory and equipment
Dependability, problem-solving ability, and comfort working in fast-paced or physically challenging environments
Valid driver's license and clean driving record (required)
Preferred
Bachelor's degree preferred
Experience in events, production, installation, hospitality, landscaping, warehouse operations, or similar hands-on fields is a plus
