Required

3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master

3+ years of experience with software development, digital strategies and transformation, analytics, or product management

Experience with projects using an Agile methodology, including Scaled Agile Framework, Scrum, or Kanban

Experience with Jira and Confluence

Ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

Ability to obtain a Secret clearance

Bachelor's degree

Preferred

5+ years of experience working with federal agencies

Experience working in systems engineering

Knowledge of the Systems Engineering Life Cycle (SELC)

Knowledge of human centered design or customer experience, requirements management, agile development, test driven design, continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD), and DevSecOps

SAFe Scrum Master or Certified Scrum Master Certification
