Responsibilities
Facilitating adaptive reading workshops that strengthen phonics, comprehension, and fluency competencies
Creating customized motivational sessions leveraging gamified literacy benchmarks
Reviewing student performance data to optimize teaching methods and extract actionable findings
Partnering with engineering teams to assess and improve AI literacy platforms informed by classroom outcomes
Producing scalable, AI-integrated materials that support early elementary learners in reaching grade-level mastery
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree accompanied by advanced certification in reading instruction (e.g., Orton-Gillingham, Wilson, or equivalent)
A minimum of 2 years of experience conducting small-group reading interventions with early elementary students
Capable of evaluating reading levels, organizing student groups, and creating differentiated instruction independent of pre-written curricula
Experienced with AI/adaptive learning platforms and able to respond to student interactions within those systems
Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
Availability to work on-site at one of our locations: Phoenix, AZ; Austin, TX; Fort Worth, TX; Plano, TX; Tampa, FL; or Dorado, Puerto Rico
