Responsibilities
Conducting personalized, high-conversion family tours that communicate Alpha's three commitments and build confidence in our educational model
Implementing and managing proactive outreach strategies with prospective families to advance them through the admissions pipeline
Upholding strict safety and safeguarding standards to ensure a visibly protected environment for students and families
Supervising all facilities management activities, including preventative maintenance, vendor management, and repair coordination
Regularly evaluating data to optimize processes and enhance both operational performance and enrollment results
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree (field of study not specified)
1+ years experience in school admissions or enrollment
Experience working with children/students
Strong written and verbal communication abilities
High emotional intelligence, initiative, and self-direction
Must be legally authorized to work in the US without visa sponsorship
Must be available to work in person in Miami, FL; Piedmont, CA; Palo Alto, CA; Roswell, GA or Raleigh, NC
