Technical Implementation Manager

Leap is a rapidly growing benefits solutions company focused on employer specialty pharmacy. They are seeking a Technical Implementation Manager to oversee technical onboarding and implementation processes, ensuring successful client integrations and fostering strong client relationships.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end technical onboarding of new clients, from scoping through go-live
Configure platform setups, SFTP connections, and eligibility, claims, and prior authorization files
Manage QA of configurations and file processes to ensure data integrity and accuracy
Support customer relaunches, expansions, and platform updates
Serve as the primary technical resource for clients and their vendor partners during onboarding
Translate client requirements into scalable, repeatable solutions
Build strong client relationships by proactively addressing technical issues and providing clear communication
Create and maintain internal documentation (PRDs, SOPs, playbooks)
Identify and implement automation opportunities across file processing, data ingestion, and reporting
Partner with engineering and operations to improve workflows and reduce manual interventions
Lead remediation efforts for technical failures (root cause analysis, communication, fix validation)
Support Leap Health’s growth by standardizing technical implementation processes

Required

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field preferred
3-5 years in technical implementation, SaaS delivery, or technical operations (healthcare/healthtech strongly preferred)
Strong understanding of ETL pipelines, API Integrations, HIPAA & SOC 2 compliance, SSO, PHI encryption, SQL, and data ingestion processes
Experience with file transfer protocols (SFTP), eligibility data, claims data, prior authorizations, and healthcare integrations
Prior client-facing experience in technical account management or implementation
Familiarity with project management and CRM tools (e.g., Hubspot, Salesforce, Asana)

Preferred

Analytical mindset; adept at diagnosing data and integration issues
Excellent communicator able to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Strong organizational skills; able to manage multiple concurrent implementations
Independent, resourceful, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced startup environment
