Foster a positive, therapeutic environment for youth and staff
Qualification
Required
Valid driver's license and ability to meet safe driver guidelines
21+ years old
Background check clearance
Associate or Bachelor's degree OR 60 college credits OR 2 years of experience working with youth OR 7 years parenting experience
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field
3+ years of relevant experience
2+ years of supervisory experience
