Responsibilities

You’ll integrate with and contribute to a wide range of teams, systems, and technology stacks

You’ll gather requirements directly from users and improve existing corporate tools to better support mission workflows

You’ll take time to understand the customer’s mission, collaborate with teammates, and quickly turn needs into working solutions

You’ll design and build reliable, intuitive user interfaces and workflows, and you’ll independently drive feature development from concept through deployment, owning the full development lifecycle

Must be a U.S. Citizen

Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline is required

Four additional years of relevant software engineering experience may be substituted for the degree

A minimum of eight years of software engineering experience supporting complex systems in mission-focused environments

Experience developing across the full stack, including UI, middleware or APIs, backend services, and DevOps

Experience with at least one modern UI framework such as React, Vue, or Angular

Experience writing scripts and services in Python

RESTful web application development using both Spring Boot and Python-based frameworks

Familiarity with relational databases such as Postgres or SQLite

Experience using GitLab for source control and CI/CD pipelines

Preferred

Prior experience supporting CNO missions

Knowledge of end-to-end SIGINT collection and analysis systems

Strong written and verbal communication skills, especially in customer-facing environments
