Responsibilities

Facilitating daily morning sessions designed to motivate and focus student-athletes for the day

Conducting individual motivational coaching tied to academic achievement and personal development

Delivering life skill development workshops through storytelling, guided reflection, and active engagement

Directing afternoon athletic training sessions focused on resilience, collaboration, and personal accountability

Monitoring student development and maintaining rigorous expectations for both mindset and execution

Required

Documented experience leveraging sport as a vehicle for mentoring and teaching life skills

Proven ability to lead and motivate within athletic, educational, or professional contexts

Authorization to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship

Willingness to reside in or relocate to Austin, TX
