Responsibilities

Manage subcontractor relationships and contracts throughout the project lifecycle
Coordinate with engineering, logistics, and finance to align deliverables and schedules
Monitor performance metrics and enforce compliance with quality and regulatory standards
Identify and mitigate risks associated with external partners
Facilitate issue resolution and continuous‑improvement initiatives

Manage subcontractor relationships and contracts throughout the project lifecycle
Coordinate with engineering, logistics, and finance to align deliverables and schedules
Monitor performance metrics and enforce compliance with quality and regulatory standards
Identify and mitigate risks associated with external partners
Facilitate issue resolution and continuous-improvement initiatives
Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment and work well under pressure
Self-Motivated with a demonstrated sense of urgency and ownership, and accountability for tasks/assignments
Strong communication skills with ability to interface with all levels of management
Ability to be flexible and accept change
Must be able to resolve complex problems in a fast-paced environment
Proficient computer skills including a working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
Ability to organize and prioritize tasks in dynamic work environment; ability to analyze a problem and recommend solutions by exercising sound problem solving skills

Preferred

Knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and contracting types
In depth knowledge of all types of contracts and how to utilize which type in various program scenarios
Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with an ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and changes in deadlines
Experience with long-form subcontracts utilizing Lockheed Martin Acquisition Procedures (LMAP)
Aerospace program negotiation skills and experience
Experienced presenter to Program Management and Customer representative
Experience in Defense, government or aerospace
