Sheehy Auto Stores, a recognized leader in the automotive industry, is seeking an experienced Commercial Sales Manager to join their team at Sheehy Ford of Springfield. The role involves leading a team of Commercial Account Specialists and driving the growth of the commercial sales division by overseeing sales activities, managing leads, and ensuring successful deal closures.

Responsibilities

Solicits commercial fleet accounts
Ensures quality deliveries of all fleet sales
Supplies the new-vehicle department manager with monthly forecasts of fleet car and truck deliveries
Follows up on dealership payment for delivered fleet, Lease Company, and commercial account vehicles routinely
Promotes an understanding of, and a solid commitment to client satisfaction
Spend quality time building relationships with our commercial customers
Knows the product well enough to answer characteristic and operational questions regarding the client's vehicles

Qualification

Fleet sales experienceCRM software proficiencyClient relationship managementCommunication skillsProfessional appearance

Required

Professional appearance and strong communications skills
Proven fleet experience at the dealership level with a track record of successful selling
Strong record of positive CSI results
Articulate in utilizing crms Eleads, Vauto, Reynolds, Dealertrack, and Accutrade
Authorized to work in the USA
All applicants must have the ability to pass pre-employment testing, including background screening, Motor Vehicle Record check, and drug test
Must have a valid driver's license
