Responsibilities
Lead the design and development of software systems focused on building new AI infrastructure from the ground up and optimizing existing infrastructure
Lead exploratory and pathfinding projects working with some of the best architects in the industry
Define high-level technical objectives, designing, establishing delivery milestones, and driving the execution of complex software projects
Serve as the project’s technical lead, coordinating the efforts of a small team of engineers, advising, and collaborating with both immediate and senior leadership to ensure alignment with long-term organizational goals and innovation strategies
Mentor engineers at all levels, fostering a culture of engineering excellence and continuous learning
Qualification
Required
6 to 10+ years of experience in software development
Deep technical expertise in distributed systems
Experience with Networking
Knowledge of AI infrastructure protocols like RDMA and RoCEv2
Strong act now and iterate mindset
Ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-paced environments
Experience in leading design and development of software systems
Experience in defining high-level technical objectives
Experience in establishing delivery milestones
Experience in driving execution of complex software projects
Experience in mentoring engineers at all levels
