Responsibilities
Oversee the entire lifecycle of vendor relationships, from selection to termination, ensuring effective and efficient management of all vendor contracts and agreements
Develop and implement strategies to enhance vendor operations
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of vendor programs
Track and report on program performance metrics and KPIs
Collect, analyze, and interpret data to drive insights and decision-making
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor vendor performance
Use data analytics to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement
Collaborate with the data analytics team to develop predictive models and other analytical tools
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance vendor operations
Develop and document standard operating procedures (SOPs) for vendor management
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
Provide regular updates to senior management on vendor performance and program status
Facilitate meetings and presentations as needed
Qualification
Required
8 – 10 years of experience, don't need someone very senior
2 – 3 years of management experience
Data Analysis/Analytics background highly desired
Should know basic SQL coding
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Program Management or a related role
Excellent organizational and project management skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and compliance
Must have hands-on SQL coding skills and experience building dashboards
Preferred
Experience in process improvement and change management is a plus
