Responsibilities
Facilitating engaging, virtual workshops centered on life skills such as creativity, communication, and critical thinking
Providing one-on-one and small-group mentorship to help students develop confidence, self-direction, and executive functioning
Leveraging platform analytics to personalize support and monitor student development over time
Working alongside other educators to co-create and refine project-based learning initiatives
Establishing a supportive, energized environment where students feel valued, understood, and motivated to learn
Qualification
Required
Valid US teaching certificate from any state
Confident virtual presence; skilled at leading sessions via video
Availability to work full-time (M–F, 8am–5pm Arizona time)
Able to start within 2-3 weeks
Enthusiastic about working in a tech-enabled, student-focused school
Preferred
Background in teaching, mentoring, or coaching students (Grades 4–8 preferred)
