Responsibilities

Process monthly client invoicing for assigned projects

Create, update, verify, and understand project budgets

Communicate with Project Management regarding project costs, project status and project performance/profitability

Educate Project Management on financial aspects of project accountability

Prepare and submit MBE reporting and other project-specific reporting requirements

Process consultant invoices and determine payments due to consultants based on daily accounts receivable

Generate and distribute monthly project and profitability reports

Prepare special project analyses for the CFO & Project Management

Assist in training and education on financial aspects of project management to various groups within the organization

Grow and develop to support department and organization growth
