Sales Manager | With a Commission Plan for Top Performers
EPE USA is a Total Packaging Solutions Company and an industry leader in environmentally advanced packaging designs. They are seeking a Sales Manager who will lead a sales team, develop strategic sales plans, and build relationships with clients to drive revenue growth.

Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and develop the sales team to achieve revenue and profitability targets
Identify opportunities for custom packaging solutions
Develop and execute strategic sales plans; establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing monthly and annual sales quotas for the team and individual sales professionals
Set short- and long-term sales strategies and evaluate effectiveness of current sales programs
Identify, secure, and develop new business while maintaining existing client relationships
Maintain strong relationships with key clients and strategic accounts
Manage and grow revenue with existing accounts and develop new relationships
Resolve escalated customer issues to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
Establish and maintain product knowledge in the sustainable packaging industry
Oversee the sales pipeline and forecasting process to ensure accuracy
Collaborate with production teams to align capacity, lead times, and customer expectations
Prepare and present sales reports, metrics, and updates to senior leadership
Partner with engineering and product development on custom packaging solutions
Monitor market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activity
Propose pricing strategies and product improvements based on market insights
Prepare and present sales proposals to prospective clients and secure leads
Look for opportunities to add value to current clients and grow your business organically
Recruit, onboard, and train new sales team members
Performs other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
5+ years of sales experience
Proven success in outside or field sales
Strong hunter mentality and ability to open new doors
Strong understanding of manufacturing environments, lead times, and order fulfillment processes
Strong leadership and team-building abilities
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Proficiency in ERP Systems or CRM tools
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Preferred
2+ years in leadership preferred
Packaging industry experience strongly preferred (corrugated, flexible, rigid, labels, etc.)
