Responsibilities
Provide long-term support for client's Enterprise Operations team
Help manage projects to aid in the development and rollout of best practices for their current ServiceNow CMDB environment, specifically Service Mapping
Engage with the team and get their hands dirty within ServiceNow
Support two areas within the Enterprise Operations team: Incident Management and CMDB Mapping
Qualification
Required
ITSM/ITOM knowledge, including CMDB and Service Mapping
PM skills
Good communication
Good mix of both PM skills and hands-on ServiceNow
