Responsibilities
Assign and balance workloads across technicians for shop and field jobs to ensure operational efficiency and utilization
Monitor progress of repairs for quality, safety and timeliness through KPIs
Coordinate priorities with Repair and Production Manager for on-time delivery
Act as the primary escalation point for complex diagnostics and repairs in both shop and field environments, providing expert guidance and support
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience with pump service/repair
Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
Ability to travel for field service assignments (0-10%)
2+ years in a lead role, or training and developing to become a lead
