Responsibilities
Overseeing the daily operations and intake processes for a service management platform
Designing and implementing automated workflows to boost efficiency
Managing and maintaining server environments, including patching and updates
Collaborating with various departments to turn business needs into technical reality
Leading migration projects to keep systems modern and effective
Qualification
Required
A Bachelor's degree or at least 5 years of professional experience in a related field
3+ years in a development capacity specifically supporting MS System Center, with a deep grasp of site design and best practices
3+ years of experience managing Microsoft Azure environments
5+ years of experience handling Microsoft Server administration
3+ years working within IT frameworks such as ITIL or MITA
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
Must already live in the local area or be prepared to relocate at your own expense prior to starting
Preferred
Hands-on experience with System Center Service Manager and Orchestrator
Familiarity with Cireson web portals
Proficiency in scripting and coding languages like PowerShell, JavaScript, and HTML
Experience with data visualization tools like PowerBI and database management with SQL
Ability to work with XML and experience in healthcare-related technical environments
