ADMINISTRATOR I, FRANCHISE TAX BOARD

Required
The position(s) require(s) a Background Investigation be cleared prior to being hired

Demonstrated knowledge of Accounts Receivable Management (ARM) Division operations and collection program experience
Strong analytical and negotiation skills

Ability to effectively present ideas and information both orally and in writing
Knowledge and experience in project management practices
Supervisory experience and/or lead experience
Ability to identify and manage business improvement changes, including technology solutions
Experience providing feedback and developing staff
Experience or knowledge of Franchise Tax Board's (FTB) collection systems
Knowledge of Business Entity (BE) laws, Revenue and Taxation Code (R&TC), policies, and procedures
