The Talent Sourcing Specialist will support the Talent Acquisition department in building relationships with high-performing talent and assist in achieving staffing objectives through creative sourcing and evaluation of candidates.

Responsibilities

Work closely with TA Director to assist in design of (short-term and long-term) strategies that support recruitment efforts of the TA Department

Assist in defining, designing and implementing the Sourcing Strategy for building/managing talent pools for specific candidate profiles/labor shortage positions

Partners with TA Director and TA Consultants by participating on intake sessions with clients to understand new job requisition recruiting objectives

Proactively create and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates through cold calling/e-mailing, professional networking, data mining, social media, resume databases, etc

Social media management of Talent Acquisition specific portals – Twitter, Facebook, etc. that includes systemic content development and delivery to engage marketplace talent

Ensure the development and optimization of a broad range of sourcing channels that improve the quantity and quality of the talent pool

Measure and monitor the effectiveness of strategic sourcing activities

Manages/updates candidates in various systems - applicant tracking system, CRM, media databases, etc. and provides TA Director weekly activity reports

Meet with recruiting staff on a regular basis to collaborate on optimum approaches to strengthen candidate pool

Stays current on sourcing best practices/trends

Posts/manages postings on various job boards, social media, etc

Assists with HR department projects as assigned

Provides back up support of TA Consultant and HR Administrative support related activities during absences

Other duties as assigned

Responsible for protecting, securing, and proper handling of all confidential data held by Ascensus to ensure against unauthorized access, improper transmission, and/or unapproved disclosure of information that could result in harm to Ascensus or our clients
