Salesforce Admin / Support Analyst
SnapCode Inc is seeking a Salesforce Admin / Support Analyst to provide day-to-day support for their GTM systems team. The role involves managing support requests, enabling end users, and collaborating with developers to ensure smooth delivery of enhancements and projects.

Responsibilities
Serve as the first line of support for Salesforce GTM systems users, addressing tickets and troubleshooting issues
Gather business requirements and translate them into well-defined user stories for the development team
Collaborate with developers, QA, and business stakeholders to support the delivery of enhancements and fixes
Coordinate and facilitate demos, UAT sessions, and enablement activities to ensure smooth adoption of new functionality
Manage Salesforce configuration, including user management, profiles, roles, page layouts, validation rules, and automation (Flows)
Provide documentation and training materials to support ongoing user adoption
Monitor Salesforce platform releases and recommend improvements
Qualification
Required
5+ years of Salesforce administration experience supporting business teams
Strong skills in Salesforce configuration (users, roles, profiles, page layouts, validation rules, flows)
Experience writing and managing user stories in Agile/Scrum delivery environments
Strong coordination and facilitation skills (demos, enablement, UAT)
Excellent communication skills in English with the ability to interact with end users and technical teams
Salesforce Certified Administrator – required
Preferred
Nearshore availability (LATAM strongly preferred)
Additional Salesforce certifications (e.g., Advanced Admin, Platform App Builder) are a plus
