Responsibilities
Redefine, optimize, and implement internal controls aligned to North American growth strategy
Evaluate, design, and deliver process and operational improvements across business units
Drive cross-functional efficiency—relationship-building and collaboration with finance, accounting, IT, and operations leaders
Lead monthly close, internal/external audits, and compliance (SOX) activities ensuring accuracy and rigor
Train teams and ensure sustainable knowledge transfer of new processes and controls
Qualification
Required
Advanced experience in accounting operations, internal controls/process improvement, and project delivery inside complex/global environments
SAP experience required
Demonstrated ability to influence, implement, and own process change—not just recommend
