Responsibilities

Facilitate the Distribution SI&OP process in partnership with regional distribution centers, analyzing the output to drive improvements in the quality of the plan
Own the Network Change governance process by coordinating intake of network change requests, evaluating alignment with strategic goals, prioritizing initiatives, and coordinating with the PMO team for resourcing
Analyze data and trends to identify inefficiencies in the movement of finished goods, with a focus on optimizing direct shipping from manufacturing to distribution centers
Build business cases for change supported by strong data analysis, and lead projects to improve cost, service, quality, and sustainability
Serve as a subject matter expert on finished goods flow to drive optimization of end-to-end supply chain costs
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to develop and implement standard work that enhances consistency and quality of outcomes
Partner with the Analytics team to develop and implement KPIs that monitor network performance and effectiveness

Required

Bachelor's degree in business or related field
Minimum of 5 years' experience in manufacturing, distribution planning, or operations
Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and planning systems (e.g., Kinaxis)
Solid understanding of distribution center processes and transportation concepts
Understanding of ISO and CGMP quality requirements
Demonstrated experience analyzing complex data sets, developing business cases, and executing improvement initiatives

Preferred

Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analytics tools such as SQL or Alteryx
Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Adaptable and open to new ideas, processes, and procedures
Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects and drive change in a matrixed environment
