Responsibilities

Keep track of received data and source documents
Prepares and sorts source documents for imaging, and identifies, interprets data to entered
Reviews and makes necessary corrections to information entered
Maintain confidential information
Perform general clerical duties such as sending/sorting mail, , filing, answering phones, etc
Contributes to a team effort and accomplishes related results as required
Compiles, sorts, and verifies accuracy of data to be entered

Required

Detail oriented
Strong written, verbal, and oral communication skills
Excellent typing skills and a high level of accuracy
Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Keep confidential information in a professional manner

Preferred

Experience with Synergy Capture Client imaging software a plus
