Responsibilities
Answering 50–60 inbound calls daily (up to 80 during peak tax season)
Resolving common inquiries such as:
Username/password resets
Address or phone number updates
Documenting call activity in our proprietary system while assisting clients
Coordinating with internal departments to resolve issues
Ensuring compliance and accuracy during every interaction
Qualification
Required
Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service
Ability to work in a hybrid schedule (3 days onsite and 2 days from home)
Experience answering 50–60 inbound calls daily
Ability to resolve common inquiries such as username/password resets and address or phone number updates
Experience documenting call activity in a proprietary system
Ability to coordinate with internal departments to resolve issues
Ensuring compliance and accuracy during every interaction
Ability to participate in 1–2 weeks of training, including mock calls for hands-on experience
Ability to access a SharePoint knowledge base for quick reference
Ability to have authentic conversations with clients without scripts
Ability to adhere to performance monitoring for quality, compliance, and accuracy
Ability to ensure customer satisfaction and adherence to company policies
Must be logged in by 9:00 AM EST
Attendance: No more than 2 tardies or unexcused absences within 30 days
