Lyon College School of Dental Medicine is seeking a dedicated Support Analyst I to join their Information Technology team. In this role, you will provide technical support for faculty, staff, and students, ensuring the excellence of educational programs through effective IT support.

Provide technical support for computer systems and software, Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly to minimize downtime
Configure and maintain hardware and software to ensure optimal performance
Uphold IT security protocols to protect institutional data

Required

High School Diploma or equivalent required
1 or more years of experience in IT support or a related role
Working knowledge of computer systems, networks, and software applications
Proficiency in Microsoft Windows
Familiarity with IT security practices and protocols, and an understanding of privacy standards
An excellent ability to convey technical information clearly and professionally to users of varying technical backgrounds

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field
