Responsibilities
Manage and review federal and multi-state tax returns for partnerships and S corporations
Oversee related individual returns for business owners and key stakeholders
Provide proactive tax planning and consulting for closely held businesses
Serve as the primary client contact, building long-term advisory relationships
Supervise, mentor, and develop senior and staff accountants in a remote environment
Manage engagement timelines, workflow, and realization
Collaborate with firm leadership on process improvements and best practices
Qualification
Required
CPA required
6–10+ years of public accounting tax experience
Deep technical expertise in partnership and S corporation taxation
Experience managing tax engagements and reviewing complex returns
Strong client communication and advisory skills
Ability to lead and collaborate effectively in a fully remote setting
Preferred
Master's in Taxation
