Responsibilities
Participate in structured rotations across key supply chain functions, gaining hands-on experience in areas such as sourcing, planning, logistics, and operations
Own and drive impactful projects that align with departmental objectives and deliver measurable business value
Analyze data and generate insights to support informed decision-making across supply chain processes
Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and regularly report progress and results from assigned tasks and projects
Leverage supply chain systems and tools (e.g., ERP software, Excel, analytics platforms) to identify trends and improve performance
Identify process inefficiencies and recommend actionable, data-driven solutions to enhance operational effectiveness
Collaborate cross-functionally with teams and stakeholders across the organization to support end-to-end supply chain initiatives
Participate in team meetings and business reviews, contributing observations, ideas, and support to strategic conversations
Deliver end-of-rotation presentations summarizing accomplishments, learnings, and contributions
Engage with assigned mentors throughout each rotation to receive guidance, feedback, and career development support
Demonstrate adaptability, initiative, and professionalism while navigating a fast-paced and evolving work environment
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, or related field
Currently pursuing or recently completed Bachelor's or Master's degree
Demonstrated understanding of supply chain principles through coursework or academic projects
Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
Team-oriented with proactive, learning mindset
Willingness to be on-site and engaged in a hands-on environment
Flexibility to rotate across multiple departments and adapt to change
Preferred
Familiarity with Excel, ERP systems (e.g., SAP) or data tools (e.g., Power BI) is a plus
