Responsibilities
Create metrology programs using Calypso 2021 software for Zeiss Contura and O-Inspect CMMs
Create standard work instructions and report templates to ensure a high quality and robust inspection process
Perform measurements to support the Gage R&R analysis of inspection routines
Hands-on support of Incoming Inspection and Molding to confirm visual and dimensional Out of Specifications of components
Promote cooperation and teamwork within the Quality Control department through open, candid communication and timely coordination
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or equivalent
Understanding of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T)
Demonstrated experience in using Calypso 2021 software
Ability to manage multiple tasks with limited supervision
Ability to fluently read, write, and understand and communicate in English
