Responsibilities
Perform supply chain associate duties including inventory management, forecasting, planning, order management, credit management, and assembly
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and cross-departmental collaboration
Support general team operations and special projects while being encouraged to improve ways of working
Gain exposure to multiple supply chain team members and reporting systems
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's or Master's degree in supply chain or related field earned within the last 12 months required (recent graduates welcome)
0–2 years of experience with supply chain duties including inventory management, forecasting, order management is required (Academic experience is acceptable)
Strong analytical skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Ability to form strong cross-functional relationships and demonstrate cross-cultural awareness
High attention to detail and ability to work independently with composure
Self-motivated with strong work ethic and confidentiality
Customer service orientation with appropriate issue escalation skills
Flexibility to work and commute in both New York and New Jersey
Preferred
Engineering degree a plus
