Experience troubleshooting and problem solving a variety of security equipment
Knowledge of how these systems work and how they are set up
Experience with Alarm.com, DMP, DSC (832, 1832, Alexor Panel, Impassa, Neo, Qolsys Panel, Bosch Keypad (B930), Honeywell, Concord, Vista)
Experience with motion sensors, door locks, glass break, smoke detectors, carbon monoxide
