Responsibilities

Manage client’s vehicle inventory portfolio to maximize sales proceeds
Maintain effective communication with client’s, suppliers, auctions, and other team members
Builds solid peer-to-peer relationships in a team environment to meet operational needs
Obtain information from clients, request and review vehicle inspection reports, work closely with auction personnel to prepare and offer vehicles for sale, and complete funds settlement with clients
Verify book value based on condition and recommend floor prices to clients utilizing the applicable reporting source
Ensure that all vehicles are remarketed in accordance to department KPIs
Complete additional projects and/or duties as requested or required
Manages risk relative to position

Required

Prior experience in Remarketing preferred
Auto finance experience is preferred
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred
Ability to work independently
Basic knowledge of general/standard office and administrative procedures and methods
Basic data entry and word processing skills
Quality Control oriented
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multi-task, with attention to detail
