Responsibilities

Design, configure, and development across CSM, HR, IOP, Portal, and other ServiceNow modules

Build user-friendly, scalable workflows that solve real business problems

Translate business needs into scalable, maintainable solutions

Create and enhance Service Portal experiences for a modern, intuitive user interface

Integrate ServiceNow with other enterprise systems (REST/SOAP APIs)

Share best practices, perform code reviews, and mentor teammates

Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions

Stay ahead of ServiceNow updates and new features, bringing fresh ideas to the table

Required

5+ years of ServiceNow development experience with strong skills in CSM, HR, IOP, ITOM and Portal. (Customer apps a plus)

Deep knowledge of JavaScript, Flow Designer, Business Rules, and ServiceNow APIs

Proven experience designing scalable solutions across multiple modules

Solid understanding of ITSM; ITOM or SecOps a plus

Ability to design scalable solutions that follow best practices

Experience with integrations (REST/SOAP, etc.)

Strong communication skills and a team-first mindset

Passion for problem-solving and delivering high-quality solutions
