Diagnose and correct software and hardware problems
Provide network troubleshooting and identification of the specific source of connectivity problems
Isolate sources of network faults to specific hardware products, network cabling, and network connections
Make changes to the network in accordance with established change control procedures
Be the 1st line of defense for any network issue/outage/rollout/upgrades globally
Qualification
Required
Expertise in Cisco Troubleshooting
Experience supporting a global complex environment
Ability to be on-call rotation
Participation in high exposure incidents
Ability to handle pressure
Experience working with routers and switching for configurations, implementations, upgrades
Understanding of scripting for automation
Knowledge of APIs / Infrastructure as Code
Ability to diagnose and correct software and hardware problems
Skill in network troubleshooting and identification of connectivity problems
Isolation of network faults to specific hardware products, network cabling, and network connections
Adherence to established change control procedures
Well versed with Cisco Routing/Switching, configuration and deployments
1st line of defense for any network issue/outage/rollout/upgrades globally
Ability to work on-site 4 days a week
Skills in Router, Firewall, Cisco routers, BGP, Troubleshooting, Wireless
Great Communication
