Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end delivery of complex utility OT projects by planning, coordinating, and executing implementation and upgrade initiatives across distributed energy resources and distribution management systems
Manage cross-functional engineering, integration, forecasting, testing, cybersecurity, and operations teams to ensure smooth project execution
Drive alignment to scope, schedule, budget, and customer expectations
Ensure clear communication, stakeholder alignment, risk management, and adherence to utility IT/OT standards, cybersecurity guidelines, governance processes, and quality assurance frameworks to ensure successful and reliable project outcomes

Required
Education Qualification required: BE
Minimum years of experience: 5-15 years
Bachelor's or Master of Engineering
Experience in GridOS DERMS and DMS S3 Services
Ability to lead end-to-end delivery of complex utility OT projects
Experience in planning, coordinating, and executing implementation and upgrade initiatives across distributed energy resources and distribution management systems
Management of cross-functional engineering, integration, forecasting, testing, cybersecurity, and operations teams
Expertise in DERMS functionalities including DER integration, forecasting, optimization, and real-time grid operations
Knowledge of DMS S3 operational workflows and distribution grid modernization requirements
Ability to serve as the primary customer-facing point of contact
Strong communication skills for stakeholder alignment and risk management
Adherence to utility IT/OT standards, cybersecurity guidelines, governance processes, and quality assurance frameworks
