Responsibilities
Focus on patient care
Work in-person or in hybrid models
Set own scheduled hours and appointment lengths
Build a caseload aligned with interests and areas of expertise
Integrate psychotherapy into everyday practice
Collaborate with experienced therapists, neuropsychologists, and psychiatric nurse practitioners
Participate in regular Grand Rounds led by subject matter experts
Engage in weekly consult hours with clinical leadership
Access training in TMS and other innovative therapies
Supervise newly graduated PMHNPs if interested
Qualification
Required
M.D. or D.O. from an accredited school of medicine
Board Certified/Board Eligible (within 3 years of completing residency) in Adult or Child/ Adolescent Psychiatry by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology
A valid medical license in Massachusetts (or willing to obtain prior to start date)
Preferred
Compensation for supervision of Nurse Practitioners (Not required)
