Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and analyze program schedules

Serve as a trusted advisor and model planning excellence for the team

Collaborate across multiple functional areas including engineering, procurement, contracts, business management, production, and quality control

Typically has 9 - 15 years of professional experience in planning, program management and/or finance

Strong communication and collaboration skills

Expert use of program planning tools

Experience with Deltek Open Plan Scheduling Tool

Experience with Milestones Professional

Experience with Microsoft Excel

Experience with Microsoft Project

Experience with SAP

Ability to travel occasionally to suppliers or other facilities

Preferred

Experience as a planning team lead and/or contract planner

Proposal experience

Strong knowledge of LM Program Performance Management (PPM) Command Media

Supplier integration experience, performance analysis, and corrective action recommendation skills

Familiarity with Risk and Opportunity Management, including identification, integration, and mitigation

Deep knowledge of Deltek Open Plan

Product Life Cycle Management tools and FAMSCO experience

Schedule Risk Assessment (SRA) experience

Prior Aerospace experience

Active Secret Security Clearance; ability to obtain and maintain Top Secret clearance
