Responsibilities

Lead budgeting, planning, and forecasting activities to ensure alignment with organizational objectives and deliver variance diagnostics
Provide actionable insights through advanced quantitative, strategic, and financial analyses to support decision-making
Develop and enhance working capital reporting, driving inventory optimization and resource efficiency
Act as a trusted and transparent advisor, providing objective insights to drive accountability and support data-informed decision-making
Collaborate with functional leaders to optimize sales, improve operational efficiency, and reduce costs
Present innovative ideas and projections to enhance financial performance and resource allocation
Manage "Save to Invest" initiatives with a laser focus on increasing efficiency and effectiveness
Optimize capital allocation through detailed investment analysis to maximize ROI
Identify and implement system improvements in partnership with technology teams to streamline processes
Mentor and develop finance team members, creating and executing robust Individual Development Plans (IDPs)
Establish a strong strategic finance presence by empowering the team to deliver high-quality, data-driven support
Foster an environment of inclusion and belonging, modeling transparency and accountability to build trust and promote collaboration across teams
Ensure compliance with financial processes, controls, and organizational accounting standards
Oversee financial stewardship by balancing cost controls with investment opportunities
Challenge results and guide leaders in achieving financial targets through data-driven insights
Lead the development of strategic portfolio plans, comprehensive reporting, and P&L reviews
Conduct ROI analyses and capital allocation reviews to support business goals
Anticipate trends to deliver accurate projections and actionable recommendations to senior leaders

Required
