The Digital Marketing Specialist will support both Next Level Pros and NL Partners by managing paid advertising systems to drive lead flow and customer acquisition, focusing on performance and scalability.

Responsibilities

Create and manage new ad accounts for portfolio companies
Develop digital advertising strategies focused on lead generation
Launch, manage, and optimize paid campaigns across platforms
Monitor daily performance and make data driven optimizations
Research and test new advertising platforms and traffic sources
Collaborate with internal teams on creative, messaging, and offers
Track and report on performance metrics clearly and consistently
Maintain clean account structures and scalable systems

Required

Hands-on experience running paid ads on at least one platform such as: Meta (Facebook and Instagram), TikTok, Google Search or Display, YouTube

Strong communication, organization, and ownership mentality
Takes ownership and accountability for results
Wants to learn, improve, and be coached
Communicates clearly and proactively
Thrives in a fast paced environment
Wants to build something long term with a team
