Responsibilities

Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and align analytics solutions with business objectives
Perform advanced analytics, including statistical modeling, forecasting, and AI-driven insights
Leverage Databricks AI and Databricks Agent to automate workflows and enhance data-driven decision-making
Develop Power BI dashboards and visualizations that communicate complex insights clearly and effectively
Collaborate with engineering and data platform teams to ensure proper data access and governance
Identify opportunities to apply emerging technologies for improved business outcomes

Required

Strong experience in data analytics and business analysis
Hands-on expertise with Databricks, including Databricks Agent and AI/ML capabilities
Proficiency in SQL and Python for data manipulation and advanced analytics
Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions and actionable insights
Knowledge of AI/ML concepts and experience applying them to real-world problems will be required
Education: Degree(s) in data analytics, statistics, mathematics, computer science, technology or related field experience
Experience: Five (5) years of relevant technical or business work experience or knowledge in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related technical field, with a proven ability to deliver insights that influence strategic decision-making

Preferred

Experience with cloud-based Azure data platform
Familiarity with enterprise data governance and security practices
Excellent communication skills to bridge technical and business teams
