Salesforce Business Analyst - Associate
CoreSphere, LLC is a fast-growing Salesforce Crest Partner and ServiceNow Elite Partner, established in 2003. They are seeking an Associate Salesforce Business Analyst to support the analysis, documentation, and implementation of Salesforce-based solutions within a collaborative, Agile delivery environment.

Responsibilities
Assist in gathering, documenting, and validating business requirements during discovery and refinement activities
Support the translation of business needs into functional requirements, epics, and user stories with defined acceptance criteria
Assist in mapping business processes and documenting as-is and to-be workflows
Support documentation of requirements in user stories, BRDs, and related artifacts
Work with senior Business Analysts, Developers, and Solution Architects to clarify requirements and support solution delivery
Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
Support backlog refinement by updating user stories, acceptance criteria, and documentation as needed
Assist with testing activities including system testing, regression testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
Help document test cases, track defects, and support validation of fixes
Support the creation of project deliverables including user guides, quick reference materials, training aids, and test documentation
Assist with end-user training sessions and stakeholder walkthroughs
Create basic wireframes, process diagrams, and visual flows under guidance
Identify and communicate risks, issues, and dependencies to project leadership
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Minimum work experience: 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst with end-to-end Salesforce implementation experience
Minimum 3 years working within all phases of the Systems Development Life Cycle and an Agile driven development environment
Minimum 3 years' experience with the Salesforce platform
Experience using JIRA, Confluence, or similar project management and collaboration tools
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
Ability to learn quickly and work effectively in a team-based environment
Familiarity with Agile concepts and iterative delivery models
Basic understanding of Salesforce concepts and cloud-based applications
Candidate must be authorized to work in the United States and be able to pass a Public Trust background investigation
Preferred
Salesforce Business Analyst or Administrator Certification (or progress toward certification)
Familiarity with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, or custom Salesforce applications is preferred
Experience supporting testing, demos, or training sessions
Interest in growing within the Salesforce ecosystem and public-sector delivery
