Responsibilities
Support the PR and Influencer team with day-to-day tasks across PR, influencer, events, affiliate, and community initiatives
Organize press alerts in the Press Master and alert the team once complete
Monitor influencer mentions through our tracking platform and help identify potential next steps
Develop an understanding of paid partnership KPIs by working within our tracking platforms and support the team by contributing insights that strengthen upcoming campaigns
Support Influencer Manager to source new creators and obtain addresses
Support TikTok Affiliate Manager to retain top TikTok Affiliates, identify new & fast-growing talent
Participate in the development of influencer and TikTok affiliate briefs and other creative projects
Coordinate accurate and thoughtful reporting for events, mass mailings, influencer partnerships, TikTok affiliates, and PR
Help maintain influencer tracking boards and support monthly affiliate outreach
Learn how in-house mailings and shipments are handled through our internal system and assist with packing and processing mailers
Assist in mass mailings for PR boxes and special deliveries
Contribute to brainstorms for event ideas and affiliate/influencer partnerships
Qualification
Required
You're an organized self-starter with a passion for beauty and a desire to engage with our vibrant community of fans and influencers
You're excited to support and learn about brand storytelling—whether drafting responses, tracking press coverage, or assisting with influencer campaigns
You're motivated by the chance to build real connections and learn how PR and influencer relations work together to drive brand visibility

Familiarity with or interest in learning tools such as NetSuite, Tribe, Monday.com
Preferred
Bachelor's degree completed or in progress: PR, Marketing, or Fashion preferred
Prior experience in PR, social media, community management, or related role(s) preferred
Fluent in English and Spanish preferred
