Responsibilities
Translate product requirements into feasible microarchitectures & digital design solutions
Specify, integrate & implement embedded CPUs particularly RISC V as host processors or coprocessors
Develop RTL for MPU subsystems and digital functional blocks using Verilog/SystemVerilog
Build, program & debug FPGA platforms for system level verification & prototyping
Use simulation and verification tools to validate RTL and gate level functionality
Qualification
Required
BS/MS in Electrical Engineering or related field
4+ years of digital logic design experience w/ strong understanding of modern compute architectures
Hands on experience w/ embedded MPU design, ideally RISC V and custom accelerator integration
Proficiency in Verilog/SystemVerilog and familiarity with SoC buses such as AXI, AHB, APB
Strong debugging skills with tools such as VCS, Verdi, or similar
Python and shell scripting experience for automation and workflow support
Preferred
Experience w/ SoC interfaces and high speed protocols (SPI, I2C, PCIe, USB, DDR) is a plus
